So I’m sure many of us in hive’s discord are eagerly waiting for hive’s next major update
Woah! There is a new message in the hive updates, I excitedly go check it, and what do I find? Just another maintenance message bringing down my hopes again
Brining my to make this suggestion

This channel would be in the hive discord’s announcements category
To be able to list server maintenance separately from updates, this channel could also possibly list future maintenance schedules
This would just make more sense than maintenance being called “updates” when they almost always don’t include anything new
Hmm, I like this but, how many times has the HIVE actually shut down the servers? This would really only be useful if that happens more than once
About… once every three months, i suppose.
I’m talking about the usual regional maintenance that happens probably every 1-3 weeks
There has been 2 maintenance announcements in the past 2 days for eu region so I’d say it would be quite useful
Another maintenance happened, made me excited for nothing again, so time to bump this

Trello what? I’m aware it exists for listing future updates and It doesn’t relate to the suggestion as maintenance isn’t listed and this is talking about a discord channel for an easy way to know without confusing it for an update
They can’t really predict when a certain maintenance will occur.
I know it can’t always be predicted but main use would be as a separate channel to announce maintenances when they occur, but if it is a known maintenance they could make players aware

Bumping this has we have got like 3 maintenance updates in the past week, aka 3 times I was disappointed to look at the hive updates channel
And these announcements are always removed after so then it confuses players after

Personally I like this idea. I think the hive needs Discord maintenance too, even though I don’t use it.
Also sorry for killing you in Pillars of Fortune.
