Thanks for submitting a bug report.
This is unfortunately not something that we have any control over.
When you are gifted a costume, you aren’t purchasing it through the Marketplace, and as such, the Marketplace does not know that you now own the costume. This is why it allows you to purchase it despite already owning it.
