Hello everyone, sorry for the super long post(I will organize this later). This is my 100th idea on the forums, so I thought I would do something big. Well, here it is. Hope you enjoy!
Hive arena is a bunch of infinite games where you go into a mini hub and choose one of the infinite games. You earn Xp, and level up, without basically any wait times. Here are the games:
Nemo slap: an infinite Nemo slap, see my Nemo slap post for more info.
Spleef: an infinite spleef, with the arena regenerating once it has been 50% destroyed
Kill the king:
One person has diamond armor(enchanted) and a enchanted diamond sword. The other people have full leather armor. If a soldier(leather person) kills the diamond person, then that person becomes the new king and the king switches to a soldier.
One in the chamber:
Oic with powerups
FFA: fighting with kits from the games.
Now, for an additional feature:
World events: events that happen every 5 minutes, and last for one minute unless specified.
Here are the world events:
Every game:
Flash freeze: the ground becomes ice, warning you beforehand
Bounty hunters:
Kill your bounty, gain double XP. Then you get a new bounty.
Floor is lava: rising lava. For spleef it adds layers to the map and then rises to cover them.
Construction zone: everyone gets tnt. Building us now on, but you can only break the TNT.
Hot potato: if you get touched by the hot potato, you get it. If the timer goes off, the person who has it dies
No respawns: respawns are off, anyone alive at the end of the period gets 10xp
Team battle(every game except kill the king): people are split into 2 teams, there is a 50% chance that it is last team standing, 50% chance it is most kills. If your team wins you get 10 XP, 20 if you are still alive.
Combination(this happens every 10 minutes, so there is a single event then a double event): combines two compatible game modes. Here are the list of compatible ones:
Every Nemo slap event with each other or the every game events.
Keep it alive with every event for spleef except TNT run, shovel knights with every spleef event.
Every kill the king event with every event, kill the king and all games
Nemo slap:
Holey moley: holes appear on the map, there is a warning circle of red.
Flame jets: columns of fire appear, and if you touch them you die. There is a warning circle for where they spawn.
Flying fish: you can only throw your nemo
Fishing trip: everyone gets fishing rods.
Old faithful: geysers appear that blast you upwards, like a trampoline.
Spleef:
Tnt run: spleef becomes block drop
Bow spleef: the floor becomes TNT and when you destroy each block, you have a 25% chance to get an explosive snowball, which explodes a 4x4 square. The snowball can only be used in regular spleef
Shovel knights: everyone receives armor and a sharpness shovel, and pvp is turned on
No arena regen: the arena does not regenerate for one minute.
Keep it alive: everyone has a snow golem leashed to them, then if it dies you die, and cannot respawn the rest of the event… You can spleef other people’s snow golems.
Kill the king:
Marvelous monarch: the current king gets full enchanted netherite.
Double agent: one random leather person switches sides, if they get killed they switch back to regular and a new agent is picked.
Power burst: for 10 seconds the king can insta-kill people
Chameleon: for one minute the king looks like they has leather armor, and friendly fire is on. There is also no icon showing where the king is.
Got your gold: the king is trying to protect their gold from other people, if they grab the kings gold then they become the new king
One in the chamber:
Reversal: your bow is now 3 shots to kill, and your sword is a one tap, but the sword has a 5 second cool down.
Shrinking borders: the borders shrink down to the center area.
Power surge: powerup spawns increase by 5X
FFA:
Kit swap: your kit gets swapped with a random person.
Fish frenzy: everyone gets a knockback nemo
XP:
Nemo slap:
5 XP every 30 seconds you are alive
1 XP per kill
Spleef:
5 XP per kill
1 XP every 30 seconds you are alive
Kill the king:
5 XP every 15 seconds you are alive as king
1 XP per soldier kill
10 XP per king kill
One in the chamber:
2 XP per kill
1 XP per powerup collected
FFA:
2 XP every 30 seconds you are alive
5 XP per kill
Anyway, I’ll probably try to add more events and details later, but for now, here is a question:
Should the individual games have different levels(so each one has to be maxed), are in a bigger arena level (so every bit of XP goes into the main level) or both, where you have separate levels that all add up into a bigger arena level total, kinda like the all levels in the regular game.
