In Hide & Seek, when a haker is going too fast or jumping too high, he’ll get caught very fast. However, if he’s flying up, he can actually stay fixed, and this way not get caught.
One idea is to set zones like with worldguard on Java. This way, if a player reach one of these zones, he’ll be caught because not possible to get there normally.
I don’t know if bedrock can do this but if so this is a good idea, make sure to vote for your own idea to show how much you want it.
This would make sense for kicking, because laggy players can fall through the map sometimes, and we don’t want false bans
The anti-cheat deals with players that are acting unusually. The anti-cheat is always being improved upon by the designated developers, it will only improve with time; perhaps to deal with what you have described.
