ok, here is another one of my crazy ideas.
So probably you guys know about the helpers, they are very helpful indeed, so maybe a new command could be added called /helper, so basically in the hub, if u type this command, it will summon a bedrock helper NPC, that means that it will be not an actual player but it will be an interactable NPC
And the bedrock helper NPC you will get is random and yes, it will have one of the helper’s minecraft skin on
so about the interactable helper NPC, right click it, it will then ask you "Do you need any help right now?‘’ then two options, yes or no. If u click on yes, it will then allow you to ask any questions in the hub itself without going to discord, and it will give you an answer or suggestion, but if u click on no, the NPC will just disappear
People could just spam this in hub and there would be so many NPC’s that it might get laggy. I imagine we would need a cooldown or some sort of cap on how many NPC’s you can summon in 10 minutes.

The Hive has an online support website. The website contains all the information about the server, as well as a chat function to easily get in contact with the support team.
We also have both the #help-me category here on the forums, as well as the #bedrock-help-me channel over on the Hive Games Discord server for any inquiries you may have.
As a result, I don’t feel this would be necessary.

why have a no option if you just summoned them? remember to vote for your suggestion, also perhaps it should be an inven item for less experienced players
I think the point is many players don’t even know about the forums (yes the chat mentions it in game but most players don’t pay attention to that) and if they don’t know about the forums I doubt they would hear about the support website. In addition if you are on mobile you won’t want to go off hive as it will kick you and after you’ve been on you most likely won’t bother or remember won’t remember the address.

I don’t think there is still an announcement about the forums anymore however I’m not too sure about that.
There is a chat announcement about the support website detailing that the website is where you can find information about questions you may have, it also shows the address to use if you wish to find information about questions you may have. In addition to that, helpers and other members of staff can still be found in the hub.
Also, If people have a question they would like answered, I don’t think one of their concerns would be getting kicked. They can just join back.
As for the suggestion, I like the concept but I think it would be a better idea to just have an inventory item that sends you to the support website or something like that.
