Healing everyone in Deatchmatch

If Deatchmatch starts Heal everyone

So basically just Heal everyone when Deatchmatch starts since this often happend to me that I die 20 seconds after the Deathmatch
Starts. Because when I almost die to someone before Deathmatch starts I just get Targeted from 2 PPL unit I die and then the other 2 fight ech other

Also regenerate Food

this would…balance it a little more

but if you keep getting killed first then that’s probably on you, since it was a likely coincidence that 2 players went for the same person

Then fighting people just before deathmatch starts would have no point.
