Idea:
Give a release date or release window for the upcoming Murder Mystery update.

It was originally planned to release before BedWars Season 3, but it got pushed back. Now it’s been over 3 months since Season 3 came out, so having at least a release window (or a full date) would be great. It would also help build hype for the update.
I hope they have it close to finished. Maybe this time means it’s gonna be extra good.
Yeah. I hate to complain but.. ITS BEEN 10 MONTHS!!! I havent been active on the server recently (for good reason) and having checked the roadmap, I couldnt be more disappointed with how long this update has taken. Its been on the roadmap since January, yes its been 10 months (it was on coming next as well). Also what disappoints me and probably a lot of other people is how they said they are “prioritizing” other updates. On the roadmap they have the block friday annual thing but, prioritizing something that is paid over something that most of the community thought was going to happen over the summer or halloween is a bad look. Keep in mind, as of a few days ago the halloween hub and GI are still here and its almost December. This is like the gta 6 thing lmao

Unfortunately, they already do. Hive is a dead server without bedwars. Its been a year. A YEAR!!! Since the mm update was on coming soon. Two things that dont sound right but are factual. Been a year and coming soon. For an mm update. Pretty embarrasing figuring the community has been expecting an update since summer-haloween.
It would be nice if hive surprises us and releases it on the 4th
Or just, today. We don’t have to wait for me to be in school.
Im level 96 and if they made the update it would motivate me to get 4 more levels. Plus a year of waiting isn’t too long, for example Geometry Dash 2.2 took about 7 years for it to come out.

I really hope you understand that most likely wasn’t announced 7 years before it came out. Most likely was announced and started getting worked on a few months before it came out

It was originally planned to come out in late 2017, but then released in December 2023. Plus, there was only one guy working on it so that’s why it took so long.

Ok, so Hive officially took 1 year + to make this…
And technically its not out yet still, Hive is trying to get this and they would tell us when its ready, this post could be pressure on the staff and they could mess up. Then once it comes out we will submit a whole bunch of bug reports, like maybe give Hive a break?
I never thought I would like choose the staff over the post, im still voted but this could cause some stress and pressure to the staff which could cause for some bugs.
Let’s let Hive take this at their own pace.

Thats not anyone’s issue with this update. We know The Hive takes time to make sure updates are polished, we aren’t upset at that. We’re upset they keep prioritizing different updates over this even though it’s been announced for so long now, it’s ridiculous. Especially since it’s been in the coming next section for the majority of that year
They are busy give them time before they release dates…. They have lives outside of video games…. 
yes it’s been awhile but early 2026 please just realize they are busy not being rude btw!
I get that it has been delayed countless times but give them a rest! They work hard to release quality updates that are perfected to the best of their abilities.
The issue isn’t the long wait for the update itself, but the confusion around it. The update stayed in the “Coming Next” section of the roadmap for a very long time, yet for months other updates kept appearing before it. The MM update also received more upvotes than anything else on the public roadmap - almost twice as many as **ANY** BedWars season.
For me personally, it’s more about the confusion than the waiting. If the update had been marked as “Planned” for a year, that would have made sense. But since it was placed in the “Coming Next” category, it was natural to expect it to be released soon, and that expectation lasted for a looooooong time…
(Hive could learn from other development studios when it comes to being more transparent with their player base.)
