Make Hats And Back Blings Available In game

More information:

I think that hats and back blings should be visible to other players while playing a game, and wearing armor will NOT make the Back Bling or Hat disappear, i think it would look cool.

Hive said that hats and backblings will only appear in non pvp gamemodes (games with no armour like gravity bd bp)

Hats are already visible in games without PvP. And BackBlings appearing in non PvP games is already part of the plan.
