Gun game but minecraft styled.

Everyone spawns into a small map and starts with the best tool down to the worst and there could even be custom tools / weapons since the hive always like to go above and beyond.

-Hive Game
-Hive Clash
-Gun Game
-Wild west (could fit a unique wild west theme)
-Pirate game
-desert wars
What would the gameplay be like?

Minecraft have said that they would never implement guns, and have shut down servers that feature them.
… They never said the tools had to be guns, that’s just the name but I would recommend changing it
I like the concept, but considering Microsoft’s preferences, having guns might not align well. Guns usually cater to mature audiences and can be controversial right now. Maybe a game with special abilities instead of guns could be interesting. Something like a paintball game with increased paintball range or amounts, similar to the “Multishot” enchantment in the base game, could be a great alternative.
Didn’t they make the ring blasters in the sonic update?
The name, “Gun Game” can be misleading; it doesn’t actually need guns. The idea of the game is that there is a large set of weapons (10 at least) that will be progressed through by the players. Everyone starts with the best weapon, and they will downgrade to the next best after each kill. The first to get a kill with the worst(/last) weapon wins.
That aside, this game would need mostly custom weapons, if not fully custom weapons. Without them, the progression would be pretty basic, like a decrease in damage or enchantment level, or switching from a crossbow to bow. The only factors of each weapon’s power are enchantments like multishot, quick charge, flame, and power, and differnet ammo like fireworks. I don’t think there can be enough diversity from just those.

Gun game but Hive style.
Gun game is a game where everyone spawns in a map and they all start with the best weapon/tool (it doesn’t have to be guns despite the misleading game title) and for every kill they get they downgrade weapons. After you kill a player with the final worst weapon then you win. The weapon amount would probably be from 10-15.
This would be a really good fast pace game and could be well suited as an LTM.
Some things you could add are:
-It would be amazing to have a Nemo Launcher if this game mode ever were considered.
-You could add a theme to this game mode if it were released such as maybe pirates on the high seas or a wild west theme.
-Maybe the guns could change with a different themed map, like a pirate map could have pirate guns or wild west could have wild west guns etc.
If this game were considered, a military style/camo themed hive costume would work well as a max level costume.
It most likely wouldn’t be called gun game.
Not everything here has to be included if this somehow was getting added to Hive. A lot of this is just ideas
