The item would be a stopwatch or a hourglass. You can find it in the Gravity lobby.
It’s a bit obvious, but the Time Recorder records your times for every single map.

I prefer the stopwatch as an hourglass sounds more of like a ‘quickly i need to do this before time runs out’ while a stopwatch the time goes up (obviously) so i think it shood be stopwatch. Or they could change the timer depending on the map eg. Jungle map the timer cood be overgrown with vines and in the apartment map it cood be an alarm clock etc. And you wood obviously be able to see it in a cs or replay (which i dont have). Also very funny joke pika
