What is the bug?

I was looking forward to buying the golden dragon pet. Every other pet can be bought via marketplace but not the golden dragon pet. It just leads to an error screen. I would like to know exactly what is going on here. Is the pet supposed to be unpurchasable, or is the golden dragon pet supposed to be purchasable?
