place honey block 4 blocks up, remove blocks, build up 2 blocks 2 blocks away from the honey block, jump to the honey block and the server will kick and then ban for 30 mins for unfair advantage. I got banned

I believe they are talking about Skywars trios/squads map, Harvests (I think that’s the name), and using the honey blocks in the trees and getting themselves kicked multiple times to end up banned.
