Gift bug in EU server

What is the bug?
When I entered the EU hub, I saw three gifts, couldn’t pick them up. I tried disconnect/reconnect, changing region, /hub, they were still there. I tried landing one gift, one player could take it. The 3 gifts didn’t disappear for now at least one hour.
