Gain 200 XP Quest Not Working

Affected Service (Game name, hub or global):
Quest: Gain 200 XP Quest not working.

What is the bug?
For example let’s say that you finish a DeathRun match and the amount of XP earned for completing the match will not transfer to the Gain 200 XP Quest, so when I go to the Quest Master it tells me “Progress: 0/200” but I should have the amount of XP earned for winning the DeathRun match.
