Says player is offline when they are online and i cant invite them to party, they are in the same server and region as me.
I have tried to rejoin hive and restart Minecraft however nothing works.

This user is likely appearing offline, using the setting in the /toggles menu.
If this is not the case, both of you rejoining the server should resolve this issue.
