Friend removed from friend list

My friend list keeps resetting back to 0 every time I leave and re-join the server

I have not changed my name nor changed my account’s details. I have changed my Microsoft account password because I change it every 72 days

Could you provide a video of this issue?

I had friended these 2 friends multiple times because it keeps removing them. I also had many friends that I play with in a discord server. This time I noticed it did not remove them. I do not know why it happens randomly.
