Friend registers as offline, despite being online

What is the bug?
Whenever someone on friends list joins, it doesn’t register them as online. We have tried to invite each other to a party, but would get a chat message saying they’re offline.

PS5/Xbox 1 & we play on the newest version

Thanks for submitting a bug report.

This issue is known and being investigated. For now, you and your friend can try to leave and re-join the server a few times until you can invite them again.
