Skin Head of Friend Shows When They Go Online/Offline
I think it would be cool if it showed the head of your friends skin when they go online or offline and it shows the notification instead of the little Alex. Just a small detail that makes a difference.
(Not sure if this would be complicated but I wanted to suggest it)
this would be kinda odd to make and imo not worth it

Maybe if the skin of the player is 3-pixel the head should be alex, if it is 4-pixel it should be steve? idk
Player heads are mainly 8x8

Why arms, arms aren’t on heads
If you count the number of the pixels on the head of Alex, it is a 8x8, just like the player head. So it could, hypothetically, fit
