Flag got stuck in water

My team was unable to collect the flag and score our final point

What is the bug?
I was playing capture the flag and i died in water with the flag but the flag never returned to the opposite team the flag then proceed to stay stuck in the water and no could get it

Windows 11 and 1.19.0
