Idea:
So, I’m assuming that part of the staffs reasoning for getting rid of yellow Steve was to do with half the game of mm being the same skin. However, in many games of mm I still see people in the same default skins, defeating the purpose of their addition.

I don’t think this would be very hard to fix, and it would help in several cases. Like the ones brought up by the yellow Steve that meant you may end up killing an innocent person because their skin was the same as the murderer.
The suggestion is to make it so every person in the game with a default skin, has a different default skin. (if someone wants to come up with a better name than default skin that would be 
)
An alternative suggested by @DaWhadurMonz is to have a colour above people’s heads to identify them with
