Fix ground golden power ups

There are currently 3 golden power ups on ground wars

  1. Destruction
  2. Expansion
  3. Rain of Pain

It’s unbalanced in my opinion here is why:
The expansion only gives 5 rows while the rain of pain can give 2-12 rows because of the kills depending on the amount of players. Not only that the rain of pain can give 12 rows, you can also can xp from the kills of the rain

My idea to fix
The expansion is kinda not helpful imo because it only give 5 rows, maybe buff it to 8 ig

The rain of pain can still give xp and kills but the kills from the rain shouldn’t gives rows

Idk about destruction, it’s pretty useless

rain of pain should just be nerfed so that it’s easier to avoid by running around or going under the spawn area because currently on azule the eggs can still get you

It would make sense that hiding under a roof should keep you safe. Violation of this concept is definitely too overpowered.
