A fish ffa

A game where you fight w/ knockback fish.

The setting would be over void like skywars and bedwars.

About it: The more kills you get, your knockback Nemo, which flings enemies 6 blocks, will upgrade into a permanent Dory, which flings the player eleven blocks. The more deaths you get, your Knockback Nemo will turn into a Knockback bloat, which will fling enemies only 3 blocks. There would be no respawns, so if you died, you’d need to queue a new game.

There could be Fish FFA solos, Fish FFA duos, Fish FFA squads, and Fish FFA mega. (Mega is 7 players per team) Whoever/ which team gets the most kills will win at the end. People can join throughout the game, and it will just add more teams. A game of fish FFA lasts for as long as that server can last (when you queue into a game, it connects you to a different server, but still under the Hive’s control). And when that server resets, don’t worry, you won’t lose your precious fish. Also, you cannot earn another player’s fish.

The queuing commands would be:
Solos:/q Fish-FFA
Duos: /q Fish-FFA-duos
Squads: /q Fish-FFA-Squads
Mega: /q Fish-FFA-mega

The xp unlocks would be:
Kill phrases
Gravestones
Kill effects
Falling into the void phrase

The default of xp unlocks would be:
X killed Y
SG gravestone
No kill effect
X fell out of the world

There are 20 levels, and here is the xp unlock chart:

Level 1: Default (0 xp)
Level 2: (Kill phrase)X slapped Y in the face with a fish (1,000 xp)
Level 3: (Kill effect) Obsidian (2,000 xp)
Level 4: (Gravestone) Ocean (3,000 xp)
Level 5: (Falling into void) X fell to their demise (4,000 xp)
Level 6: (Kill phrase) X was beating people before Y was born (5,000 xp)
Level 7: (Gravestone) Sheep (6,000 xp)
Level 8: (Falling into void) X forgot their ender pearl! (7,000 xp)
Level 9: (Kill phrase) X made Y rage quit! (8,000 xp)
Level 10 (Avatar) Enchanted Bffs (10,000 xp) PS: The avatar is a Knockback Nemo and Dory together)
Level 11 (Kill phrase) X sent Y to Block Drop! (12,000 xp)
level 12 (Gravestone) Fish tank (14,000 xp)
Level 13: (Falling into void) X fell into the ninety-ninth dimension! (16,000 xp)
Level 14: (Kill effect) Dory (18,000 xp)
Level 15: (Hub title) ___ fish slaps (20,000 xp) PS: the blank “___ fish slaps” says how many kills they have gotten in fish ffa.
Level 16: (Kill phrase) X turned Y into a zombified cubee! (24,000 xp)
Level 17: (Falling into void) X became a void cubee! (28,000 xp)
Level 18: (Gravestone) Endolotl (32,000 xp)
Level 19: (Kill phrase) Y was destroyed by a level 19 player in fish FFA! (36,000 xp)
Level 20: Costume: Enchanted Nemo. Hub title: Fish master. Kill effect: Golden Cubee (40,000 xp)

Amount of xp earned with default rank: Kill: 25 xp. Win: 100 xp.
Amount of xp earned with Hive+ or better: Kill: 38 xp. Win: 150 xp.

I agree let’s keep it on topic but it’s a great idea if they can find ways to keep it legit and not have people cheat knock back nemo was super fun

It wasn’t off topic at all - we were discussing past iterations of your suggestion, and any pros and cons that came with it. If anything you could use our reminiscences to add to your own post.

Bump, also there are somethings I have for this.

First of all, Hive XP starts at 150xp for level and adds 150 each time, so level 20 would not be 40k, but instead 19k. This would of course mean XP values would have to change. I also have a new XP idea I’ll add below:
Hit - 1xp
Kill - h2 (h = total hits on player, so hits2)
Win - 25xp
Kill Leader - 10xp

The game will last 15m and will start on a 30x30. Every 5 minutes, the map wills shrink by 5 blocks.

I also think FFA is only a solos thing so I would remove the FFA part of it so like just /q Fish (and its counterparts)

I like the cosmetic ideas, but maybe instead of changing the fish, you unlocked fish? Also since making the fish change could lead to targeting or running since you know the fish level.
Like considering gravestones couldn’t exist since you would fall into the abyss, replace them all with fish? And nemo could be the last.
L0 - KB Cod
L4 - KB Salmon
L7 - KB Bloat
L12 - KB Dory
L18 - KB Nemo

Also since I don’t think you added a limit,maybe make it so the fish can’t increase past KB 5. That would just prevent there beinf absolutely NO chance against stronger fish.

Also remove either the kill message or death message, OR make it only show the kill for you.

This could be another concept, but what if you had 5 lives and your fish lost power overtime? Like each time you die, it starts at 5 and goes down. Idk about this concept, but it’s an idea.

I LOVE the idea, but FAA is meant for a game that never ends, and TBH that would be more fun because you wouldn’t need to re-que.
