Lmao, the titles still confuses me and the description too
I agree with clank, there’s probably a decent amount of bedrock players who don’t know Java even existed, and would be confused if there was an event that was saying goodbye to Java. Some would probably think that the server that they’re playing on is shutting down. As clank also said the two servers never acknowledged each other, so it would also be a bit odd to say goodbye to it.

I don’t understand why you’re confused though? The title is “Farewell Event for HiveMC Java” because the java server is shutting down, not the bedrock. He even said both servers.
Personally, I don’t really see a point of this idea being a suggestion, since ether way the Java Community is already making Event out of it, the devs are most likely gonna join on the last day
And the voters are mainly mostly bedrock players

I have seen that an event for Java will not be held on Bedrock. This topic can be closed.
Unless people don’t want it to be closed for some reason.
I really appreciate the idea. However I think an event like that will make our last days feel extra sad. Also the players who you would try to honor that way will surely be experiencing the last days being on the java server. Would be sad if someone invests time in making a bedrock event and none of the guests showed up.
However, you just wanted to be nice and we still got 3 more months, so let’s make the best out of it

I agree with what u say, it will just confuse people escpically players that dont use the internet 2 much/casual player on hive. Ig its kinda like a funeral but instead of having family and very close friends you just have some random people there n most people that dont know java hive existed prob just feel nothing for it shutting down
