Not sure how well this idea may go, but I think that ender pearls should have a chance of dropping from emerald ore or from gold ore. But the drop rate to be as rare as knock back fish, I tend to never get them so I assume they are rare
Yes it should be gold. This can be added when respiration helmets are replaced with thorns and bling boots are given infinite speed and fire res
