If you buy the Elemental Forces, you should be able to access the normal quests, because a menu opens that lets you choose if you want to see the normal quests or view your progress on the current ones and the special ones. For me, this menu does not appear, it leads me directly to the view progression, and there is only the special quests.
When I buyed the ticket, it worked correctly, I did 1 quest, then a second, and after claiming the reward, it brought me to the view progression. I checked multiple times if I hadnt any normal quests activated, I disconnected from the Hive, I restarted my game, and checked the /quest.
I checked North America and Europe regions, and the bug is active on windows 11 on a laptop and on a nintendo switch, so the bug is active on 1.21.72 and 1.21.73.

I wanted to add more details anyways :
- The bug is still active after a refresh of the quest (the refresh that happens every day)
- /fixpurchase does not fix the problem
I think I tried other things but I don’t remember, however strangely YES, the problem is fixed for me : A little after the refresh of the quest, I happened to see you at the quest master, and I thought you were trying to fix the bug, get more info or whatever… After you left, I re-tried, it didnt worked, so I disconnected. And about 12 hours later when I reconnected after sleeping, the problem was fixed, I can do the normal quests again.

I think what probably happened is that because when you purchased the Elemental Ticket, you technically ‘accepted’ a number of quests, the server thought you had reached your quest limit for the day; this is why the issue was resolved the next day (after rejoining).
I will log this as a bug, and our developers will take a look.
