He didn’t say it was copyrighted, he just said to avoid outright copying features from other servers. (I wonder if I worded that correctly)
Anyways, what Zpc03 is trying to say is that this isn’t necessarily copying a server, since popular game modes are used worldwide. Also, this is already a preset in Custom Servers. I agree with Zpc03, we shouldn’t dismiss ideas just because we’ve gotten it from a different server.

The things is… The people who can’t play hive should have the same luxury of this gamemode. I know it would be seen as copying, but I doubt any one would be made about it except some Hypixel sweats that believe it should stay with them or something stupid like that, which even then I doubt that would happen.

Why is it Hypixel’s idea? It’s the same thing as original mm with double the people. Plus Hive mm is way better than hypixels. You can already do this with a setting in a cs, so why not make an LTM when the mm hub comes out?

That’s fine and all don’t get me wrong, but most people on bedrock don’t even play Java. Also, we understand that Hive prides itself on originality, but if the old idea is what brings popularity, support, purchases, and fresh vibes to the playing experience then I don’t see why they wouldn’t do this. It’s clear the community wants it, I honestly have no idea what’s going on in their minds. And regardless, they don’t have to directly copy the idea from Hypixel, if they really wanted to, I think they would be able to come up with a way to make double MM their own.

What I consider copying is like, say hypixel had a game that they came up with, like most galaxite games. Having that in Hive is copying, MM is a minecraft game not hypixel, same with double MM.
