I hate generators speeding up.
With your own generator after upgrading it, it’s fine, but I hate diamond and emerald gens going faster. It just leads to an unnecessary amount of wealth.
I’ll be in a game, and I’ve no joke once literally got 64 PEARLS. I’m not making this up. And now that diamonds have a full on shop update giving them so much more use, instead of just a lot of deepslate and bows you can now with some skill, beat a full diamond armor player using a billion items (while in iron armor) since you just have a billion diamonds from every generator!
Point being, just don’t increase speeds. Let there be more of a thought. I don’t want 20 pearls. I want there to be a value to these ores. So people can’t run across the map 5 times without placing a single block. So the emeralds you have require thinking instead of just “in 2 minutes I’ll get 30 more idc!!!” So that you have to think of what to buy with diamonds instead of thinking of the 2 stacks you will get later because the generators are almost the same as the ones at your maxed gen base.
I don’t want inflation. Balance the “supply and demand” in Bedwars, please…
this makes sense to me - the continual speeding-up of emerald and diamond gens leads to an oversaturation of pearls, diamond armor, and kb dorys later in the game. This idea to not speed them up is such a good idea shocked noone’s proposed it before. Voted.
I don’t completely agree with this topic, but there might be a way to meet in the middle. What if when generators “increase speed,” it only applies to player generators and it upgrades the generators up one level rather than speeding them up?
Oh, I didn’t know that they sped up when they leveled up. Anyway, what I was saying was that the level-up would only apply to player generators rather than word generators.
This level-up idea is just a function to replace the current speed-up function to help with PLAYER generators. Also, I forgot to mention that if your generator is already max-tier, it wouldn’t be affected by the level-up. Sorry.
I don’t totally agree with the idea I think they should be speed up but the cooldown should be longer . As I know in sudden death the emerald generators give like 1 emerald in 3 seconds This time maybe be like 7-10 seconds
@MaybeCreaks sometimes you can’t always just beat your opponents quickly, so it will get to the end game. Especially now woth jetpacks, enemies can just get like 6 of them in like 1 minute allowing them to never die…
@ProerThePro true that everyone can get rich, but that just removes the thought of purchasing certain items or not. I don’t want to go to a shop and say “Ooh I have 109 emeralds! Time to buy 16 pears one or two jet boosters a mace a diamond sword diamond armour and all the team upgrades!!!” Yknow what I mean?
@litowsky maybe as a compromise make it faster but not by much. Like for emeralds start at 35, go to 30 at 20m left, 25 at 15m left, and 20 at 10m left. So it’s not as crazy as 5s for emeralds
