These maps don’t show up with an image:

While we cannot view the images in your report, as it doesn’t look like they were successfully uploaded, the map preview images for Subzero, as well as the Winterfest variants of Toys and Metropolis were added in fairly recently and won’t be showing up for you as your client will have cached the fallback image.
You will need to reset your client’s image cache for the images to show up.
On Windows, you can do this by navigating to the folder below, and deleting all the files:
C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\minecraftpe\ServerContent
