Death Run Jump Boost Glitch

Affected Service (Game name, hub or global):
Death Run (Zoo map)

What is the bug?
The jump boost section is inconsistent with the height you’re given to clear the iron bar wall.
Sometimes you get the normal height, which is about 2 blocks above the wall.
But other times (and unfortunately for me, more often than not) you get just BARELY enough height to clear the wall.
This appears to be activated by running at the jump boost pad from an angle.
This screws up speed-runs severely. Please fix it.

There’s not much we can really do. All those blocks do is trigger a potion effect, so it’s up the client interpretation on what to do to your movement.

We could increase the effect but then you would always hit your head :frowning:

You could lower the iron bar wall by one block. Then you wouldn’t have to change the jump boost and the problem should hopefully be fixed.

Sure! That’s reasonable. I’ll add it to our backlog to be done in the future.
