Death nearby players issue

What is the bug?
When Death, it says there are nearby players of which there are not, with it even saying in chat that there aren’t.

Device(s) & Version
What platform do you play on (Win10, Xbox, Switch, iOS, Android or PS4) and what version of Minecraft are you using?
Win10, Android 1.16.40
