Monthly leaderboards are just way too long. A whole entire month?! They need to change it to Daily, if not weekly.
I say Daily tho.
Monthly LeaderBoards in my opinion they are too long, it would be fun to switch over to Daily’s. Switching from monthly to daily leaderboards can offer several benefits, especially in terms of motivation, engagement, and competition.
Daily leaderboards refresh quickly, which keeps participants motivated to stay active. People are more likely to check in regularly, knowing they have the chance to rise up each day rather than having to wait a full month.
It can reduce Fatigue and Burnout. Monthly leaderboards can lead to fatigue for those who fall behind early, as it’s hard to stay motivated if catching up seems impossible. With daily leaderboards, participants have a fresh start each day, reducing long-term burnout
For those who have occasional off-days, daily leaderboards make it easier and more exciting to play. Knowing players can bounce back the very next day encourages participants to re-engage consistently, even if they weren’t at their best the day before. This can help build resilience and a growth mindset, as they see each day as an opportunity to improve and try again.
I also think they should implement like a “Daily Ranking” option to check yesterday’s daily leaderboard for each gamemode. Another implement they should add with this Daily Ranking option is Adding the top 1, 2, and 3 a badge, first place for a gold badge around their avatar, 2nd place a silver badge, and 3rd place a bronze badge around their avatar.
