Its in the hub on asia region but I think its on all regions
When you log onto the hive, ctf is where sg should be and sg and ctf are still in arcade
I’m on win10 and v1.19.41 but it will probably work on device/version

Thanks for submitting a bug report.
This is actually intended, we are currently trialing moving the Capture the Flag NPC to the main hub. For now, the NPC will also remain in the Arcade hub, to avoid any confusion.
