What is the bug?
In CTF CS’s your flag looks like the Default regardless of your flag in your locker

Thanks for submitting a bug report.
This is an intentional feature that is the same with normal games outside of a custom server. The Flag locker cosmetic only changes what the enemies flag looks like when you pick it up, then when it is dropped it will hold the cosmetic of the last person that held it.
