Adding new locker feature (creating hive cosmetic sets)

We all know that hive has a lot of cosmetics hub/games related but sometimes it takes awhile to wear every single item you want. For example a random person has red skin, and can save their own set of cosmetics for that skin to use anytime they want: lunar wings backbling (red), some red-colored title, dragon pet, specific avatar etc
It would be really time saving and useful feature for many people who has many skins, hive cosmetics
