Counter measures for ppl glitching into blocks

I absolutely DESPISE people glitching into blocks, it is an extremely annoying thing to deal with.

I feel like other boom boxes, such as the poison boom boxes could be a good addition to the game in order to help damage anyone glitching into blocks. Although I know this won’t kill them, timing your hits on the person within the block as well as the assistance of a poison boom box could make it much easier to deal with block glitchers.

Hey There! Welcome to the forums! Players who get glitched in a block automatically gets disconnected due to the error ‘Woodpecker’. Seeing this, I don’t think poison boomboxes would be needed.

I (accidently) glitched into blocks, didn’t get kicked to Woodpecker. And apart from that, I am pretty sure this is a dupe suggestion sorry

woodpecker only applies to solid blocks, it wont kick u if u glitch in glass/slabs which are present in many maps

If you glitch in an un-solid block, you will just be able to hit the other person. And, I am pretty sure you get woodpecker if you glitch into glass too, because it has happened to me in the Facility map.

That’s for sometime, it kicks you most of the time though. Also, I don’t think poison boomboxes would be a solution for this.

OH, wait, u dont get kicked if only half ur body is stuck in a block, but otherwise it prolly does

You can hit him if half of his body is stuck, coz half will still be exposed.

Um, I dont understand what you are saying, but, if his head is in the block - woodpecker
If his legs r in the block, u hit him on head.

I don’t get kicked for woodpecker when I fall through the floor when the game starts cause of lag. Might be because I’m on console.

Maybe, I don’t think the mechanics are different for console. I get kicked when that happens so I think it is because of different platform.

it is because you are on console. you aren’t affected by the anticheat

nah if heads in the block then not always woodpecker so u cant hit em

Well, most of the time it is, and still if it’s not, poison boombox isn’t a solution.
