This item would reveal either

  • The color to be selected, must be used before color is revealed
  • The location of the color selected, making it glow. Used after color is revealed
  • Both

With the first one, it may be underpowered, but could be handy.
With the second one, it would be a huge advantage, but useless to experienced players, as they would already know the location of every color.
