I have noticed that there are many cleanly designed things on hive besides some which really get me annoyed comparing it to the others but what gets me really mad is when I know for a fact that hive has a better model of the thing but decides lets not use it.
Take a look at this:
Very old design and hardly isnt even hive styled.
Suggested:
There is this car in the compass gui showing that Hive does have the model but just isnt using it. This isnt that hard and it is original work so they dont have to worry much about copying concepts. So its just a replace. In fact I was able to do this in less then 2 minutes.

This could replace the locker npc thingy
