in MM, it says when you are the sheriff “Find and kill the murderer”. I think that it should be 'find and zap the murderer", as well, they have a zapper, or, “find and shoot the murderer”. It’s just my way of thinking, as I think that killing means with a sword or throwable, not shooting the murderer. This is my opinion, though.
Shooting… like with a gun?!
I’m a little confused ):
Doesn’t ‘killing’ just mean… taking the life of something or someone? That’s your objetive as the Sheriff, you need to kill the Murderer before they kill everyone!
If we followed this logic (that the text should say the action of the item), the description of the Murderer would have to be ‘stab all other players’. Also, this text appears on the screen, but in the chat the text saying ‘Eliminate the Murderer using your Zapper’ makes the purpose of the function clear.
I think it’s a change that wouldn’t be so necessary for now. If you find the word ‘Kill’ a bit violent for the context of the game, perhaps you could suggest changing it to ‘eliminate’, as it appears in the text on the Murderer screen and chat =D
Also tell players to “Use the detective skills of the magnifying glass to track down murderer! Make sure to also tap on gravestones to find out how old they are!”
