Change the Ghost Invasion ‘starting game’ sound effect

When Ghost Invasion got a small update back in 2023, they changed the ‘starting in #’ sound to be a copy of the sound that Gravity uses. This sound is not very fitting for the overall gamemode, especially with the crowd cheering in the background. Before the update, it was a basic sound effect used everywhere else.

For context, this sound plays immediately after you get your role.
