DeathRun Issue with Capes:
This happens within any region.
What is this bug?
capes are not activating when i go to my locker and chose my cape for Death Run. I’ve tried:
1 - Reconnecting
2 - Restarting my Minecraft
3 - Fully aware that I am not wearing a custom cape or a cape of my own.
4 - I’ve tried switching to another cape, back to the one that I want, and still doesn’t activate when the cape I want (selected) is locked. (doesn’t activate)
5 - I’ve tried disabling the cape by clicking ‘Reset to Default’ and re-enabling and still doesn’t activate.
With step 1 and 2, Bare in mind I’ve tried that twice.

Thanks for submitting a bug report.
Due to the fact that in the video that you provided, no one else in your games appears to be wearing a cape either, I believe this is likely a client issue (issue with your game).
Can you confirm if you can see anybody else’s capes?

I noticed that capes and character creator skins do not appear due to some texture packs…

happened to me too, had to take of my pack before i could wear capes again
Character creator skins are actually disabled on The Hive, you can read more information about this here:
no, not only in the hive, in general the character creator skins appear as steves, and capes are invisible due to some texture packs

odd. It was just the texture pack I suppose, I’m not quite sure but after I switched texture packs to a different one it is now happened to be working!
