Cant queue with PS4 players when pbmm is activated

What is the bug?
pbmm has been broken for me so i tested something.

me (a nintendo switch player) and a PS4 player were in were in the same region(NA) and queued Sky Solos at the same time, but we didnt get in the same lobby, we tried over and over and still queued into different lobbies.

so me and a mobile player tried queueing Sky Solos at the same time and every single time we tried we queued into the same lobby.

the website says nintendo gets queued with ps4, but its not working

You may continue to experience this problem until a fix is deployed, but rest assured, our developers are working on it.
