As some murderers may abuse this to disarm players maybe you dont lose the arrow but maybe 1 second cooldown for it?
This is a good idea but also OP. It would be REALLY abused as players will trow the [arrow] and then cancel it, then repeat.
Now you got a trick to spam [arrow] until you it someone.
Maybe longer cooldown?
