What is the bug?
as we all know that there are so many trees in so many maps, and one of my friends climbed one of the trees with the help of her friend and got banned instantly just after the match ends…
cuz that hiding spot seems illegal and like 3-4 people reported her cuz they thought she was hacking…but she was not…
i have a clip of it (full clip with full proof)
but how to send it, there is no option to send a video clip..
also if possible, unban her

To look into this, we’d need information about the map, screenshots of the area, and/or a replay ID.
As for appeals, your friend would need to submit one in the proper place. More information about this can be found at: support.playhive.com/appeal
they should’ve placed the barrier blocks around the trees…no one knows that…and when players find a bug like this, they start exploiting it. Im pretty sure, you would too if you found something like this in any game, not just hive…
