Bring Back Skywars Trios and Mega

With the classic mode added, they removed for the time being Trios and Mega. They said that it’s to reduce queue times and make platform based matchmaking better. But this is what happened to bedwars from treasure wars and those modes hasn’t been added back yet. Now, it’s gone from Skywars as well. They said it’ll be added back eventually, but the same was said for the arcade games.

I was gonna make this suggestion (like I did with bw trios)
but while I really don’t like the mega remove, the skywars play counts are pretty low with all the modes it has
they talked about a new party system soon making it so trio parties don’t have another random player, even though that can give a disadvantage
(Probably meaning trios and mega won’t be added to Bedwars :sob:)

maybe if the play counts improve they could readd mega, but unless they are at Bedwars numbers, I think the trio removal may be for the better

I wouldn’t mind megas coming back, but if skywars is less sweatier now because trios got removed, I would prefer if trios stays vaulted.

Skywars is going to be sweatier for a bit, because every person who quit is not playing classic

I was talking more about the long-term instead of short-term. I’m assuming they’re not readding trios and megas but instead it’ll be kits.

I feel like hive decide trios is too sweaty, megas needs a lot of players, and nobody plays sky kits, what we needed is more kits in sky kits. This would create a wave of new players rejoining the game, and this might even change the way the game is played. What they did is remove a core gamemode, replace a gamemode in need of a small update, and create an abomination of a game. When I played it, I didn’t enjoy playing, they removed all the old kits (the good ones) and made half the playerbase quit. This is not what we need! The hive got backlash for not having bedwars trios, what did they think would happen when the most popular skywars gamemode is removed. Whoever thought this was a good idea is dead wrong. The spawn also looks ugly, and I feel like hive has changed ownership due to the course of the server lately. :chart_with_downwards_trend: I think hive should listen a bit more to the community in this, as they didn’t make a good choice in my opinion. Please share what you think about this :thinking:

I fell like removing trios made the situation worst. I could only find 1 or 2 games out of like 10 that had no tryhards(or they died off) rest of it was skywars pain and made me realize

You can literally still queue the gamemodes :skull:

Skywars mega was great for streamers because it’s in the middle of “Oh, I have too many viewers for squads, but not enough for a cs,” so I would suggest readding, and, no, that’s not supposed to say reading, at least mega
