I personally find it annoying that close rang bows do less damage and at time no kb.I know that this has been inplented for a good while now but it still annoys me.I get the purpose but things like bow comboing are impossible.I would as well as many others im sure that something else can be done where we can still bow combo and other short range things.Yes spamming is bad but i mean there are ways to stop or avoid it.
Thats just the way that the game is designed. What you should do is shoot and then they get kb and then start combo them. Just a quick soulution

but you need to be close enough where the kb doesnt end by the time you hit them.And arrows at close range sometimes dont deal kb
No I mean like if you hit them, they pause, you switch sword, you smack them

this is like the only thing bows are decent for, and I value 1 emerald less than I do 5 diamonds(sure you could argue that its cheaper, but I doubt you can get more than 6 bow combos in one life without stalling or whatever), so I would just get snowballs.
