Bonus in the form of a Healing effect after killing

I don’t know about you, but I don’t like the fact that after PvP with one player, another can sneak up and kill you silently due to low health from the previous opponent. I suggest automatically giving instant healing effect II for kills in Skywars. This will help avoid situations where you get killed immediately after fighting an enemy.

Firstly, this would slow down the game, something many people dislike. Secondly, third-partying a fight is the most effective way a player with an armour disadvantage can beat a player with the better equipment, excepting that one could knock the other in the void. Thirdly, it could be annoying if one is chasing someone who is low and the latter just bridges to a base and kills one of the armourless players at that base and is instantly healed. Then they might even be able to kill the player that had done all the work to get them so low. just because they were able to heal instantly from an easy kill on an armourless player. Fourthly, if there is a team of under-geared players, they would no longer be able to team up on the one extremely stacked player in the game. This last point could be good or bad, but I personally find that’s it’s bad.

Are you serious? Skywars on Hive is fast? In my opinion it is very backward now and looks more like a digger simulator, and a fight between 2 players with a full diamond can last a very long time, does this not bother you? BUT, you are categorically against adding a feature, because of which a sad 10 seconds will be added to the duration of the game, which is already LONG. This is not a feature like on Hypixel, where when you kill you get a temporary effect of regeneration, absorption and strength, this is also interesting, you can implement something similar, where kills will bring you temporary improvements.

But it would make the game slow.

Skywars is pretty slow already, and adding this would just make it slower. It would also make it unfair for PVP and it just seems weird because the point of Skywars is to kill to win, not to kill for more health.

There are many ways to fix the slowness of the mini game skywars, I don’t know why they don’t do it, the easiest is to change the balance of ores and their quantity, I’m not even talking about adding more items for Diamond Ore so that players don’t turn into diamond golems. The bonus in the form of instant healing of a couple of hearts will simply help players, at least to escape.

You miss the point entirely. The point is that this post actively go against efforts to prevent skywars from being a slow game. Other things that can contribute to the slowness of skywars can be addressed in separate threads, but I refuse to vote for anything that actively goes against speeding up of the game. The first step to speeding up skywars is not to add more features to slow it down.

There are books of life. Just use those; they do the same thing, but at least they’re balanced out by being decently uncommon.
