Add a Refil blocks powerup in groundwars
When you run out of blocks in ground wars there isn’t a way to get any more blocks except for waiting to a build phase happens or you get killed, otherwise there isn’t a way to efficiently get more blocks

I know, but it kinda defeats the purpose of voting because why would you make the post if you didn’t like the idea, but anyways ill vote
