Block Party - Wrong custom blocks

What is the bug?
I was going to record a #HiveDisco video, and saw a bug
When someone holds a block in Block Party, it’s changed to a (just build?) custom block that doesn’t correctly show the block that they actually hold.

Windows 11, 1.19.63
