You probably, know about HiveMC (Java Hive) Tournaments. I think they’ll be good at Bedrock version.

Rewards:
Quest Points, Costumes, Hub Titles, Avatars, Boosters, Pets and Mounts.

There already are (unofficial) tournaments hosted in the Hive Official Discord I think, but that is a great idea though!
