This is simple but effective update on the anticheat. So, basically if there is a limit to the cps autoclickers cannot be used in the Hive.
So, an autoclicker is an software that automatically clicks for you. You can adjust the settings to how fast the autoclicker clicks. So, since the Hive pvp system is more related to your cps its common. Also, the matter of fact that its so easy to install just sometimes ruins a game. So, if an limit is added that stops you from clicking higher than 10 or 11 cps it would be great. Now for the pvp sweats who jitter click cannot be angry of this idea. First of all Hive pvp is not only about cps eventhough cps plays a role in it. You can combo players with 3 cps. Most mouses can’t even get next to 13 cps. Its not that all players who play on the Hive have super cool gaming setups.
If cps didn’t matter people wouldn’t autoclick lol. Anyone who says that cps doesn’t matter while simultaneously wanting to ban people from getting higher cps knows full well that it matters quite a lot. I know this isn’t exactly what you said, but you can’t claim both things imo
Also although detection for autoclickers is definitely necessary, I’m just straight up opposed to a hard cps cap, since I feel that if someone can click 20 cps, let them do so
uh no? I’ve gotten 14 cps jitterclicking, which I am really bad at, on a mouse that is specifically designed not to double click, which is one of the things that makes some mice better for cps than others.
the implementation of this would likely create a situation similar with a lot of hits being cancelled on the server side, causing Hive to have hit reg almost as bad as hypixel’s(idk what causes hypixels to be that bad though).
you say that, but then you complain about autoclickers
also 10-11 is a really low cap, 25 would be the absolute lowest that would be reasonable, as there are drag clickers on the server.
